1. Pasteurizer Function: This is one of the biggest improvements and newest functions of Taycool floor stand series ice cream machines. With this heating system, you can keep ice cream mixture in the hoppers and cylinders for longer time like ice cream equipment in McDonald's or KFC.

2. Shell: Today all Taycool’s ice cream machine shell use 304stainless steel shell, more corrosion resistance;

3. Multiple Functions in Hoppers: The overrun up to 35%~40% with air tube; Agitator system is drived by a little motor, which is better than magnetic drived; Low level alarm remind the operator add new mixture timely.

4. Compressor: Taycool today uses the best compressor in the world - Tecumseh brand. It is more stable and powerful cooling ability than other compressor, like Aspera.

5. Pre-cooling: In the early years, the pre-cooling and power switch is separate, but now, all our soft serve freezers are dual pre-cooling in the hoppers and cylinders, 

just turn the machine on, it will in pre-cooling mode.

6. Overnight function(standby): With this function, you don’t need to worry about wasting ice cream mixture anymore. And the power is only 500W during overnight mode.

7. Counter function: You will find a number on the display board, it means how many cups ice cream dispensed everyday.

Warranty:

All warranty and setup support will be handled by Taycool or our distributors directly. 

The warranty is 2years on the compressor and motor and 1 year on non-wearable parts and labor. Wearable parts such as blades 

and o-rings are not covered under warranty but machine comes with a good supply of wearable replacements. 

Installation:

This unit is single phase electrical and requires a dedicated electrical connection of 208V~220V/50Hz/60HZ/30Amps and comes with 

1 cord but no plug. This unit must be hard wired by a qualified electrician. Please consult the Specification Sheet for further installation
